CLASS SCHEDULE

Our classes combine the attention of personal training with the energy of a group.

Each session is coach-led, focused on strength, conditioning, and real progress, so you’re not just working out, you’re training with purpose.

You’ll get hands-on guidance, proper coaching, and a community that pushes you to get better every time you walk in.

All levels welcome. Just show up, we’ll take care of the rest.

Build upper body strength and muscle in our all-level Upper Body Lift class! This high-energy session targets your chest, back, shoulders, and arms with structured workouts designed to challenge and motivate you.

Our HYROX class combines functional fitness and endurance training in a fast-paced, full-body workout suitable for all levels. Coached by certified HYROX coaches and athletes, it’s perfect whether you’re new, prepping for your first race, or aiming to improve your next performance.

Power up your legs and glutes in our Lower Body Lift class! Open to all levels, this high-energy session uses a variety of compound exercises to build strength and muscle for a stronger, more sculpted lower body.

FRIDAY

A high-energy Tabata-style (40 seconds on / 20 seconds off) workout using bodyweight, light weights, and cardio machines to push your cardio limits in the most fun (and spicy) way possible.
